Pack Your Items
Carefully place the watch or jewelry in its original Mockberg box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
